by Sandy Montano (2020-01-07)

Home to people from all the parts of the country observing different religions and practices, Delhi is home to a good number of religious places too. A marvelous Italian structure here is the Church of the Sacred Heart. A famous church it is flooded by crowds during festivals. Another famous church here is the Cathedral Church of Redemption. It is known for hosting lavish concerts on festivals. A good number of Gurudwaras are also present in Delhi. The major gurudwaras here are the ones that were laid to commemorate the visits of the five Gurus to the city. A long reign of Muslims has brought a good number of mosques to the city. Some of them are architectural masterpieces and a heritage for the country. Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in the country is one of the most popular too. It is believed to house a hair from the beard of the Hazrat Mohammad. Another sacred pilgrimage here is the Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliyaa Dargah, the tomb of the famous Sufi saint. Distinguished temples in the city are Kalkaji Mandir, Digambar Mandir, Chattarpur Mandir, Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, ISKCON Temple and the Lotus Temple.

Knowing the style and a select lifestyle the city present, more and more persons are being confident on retail residential property in gurgaon. Properties in major locations in Gurgaon like DLF, phase 1, sushant lok etc are thinking reasonable pleasure in values. You can buy or lease commercial spaces flats, villas, offices space, apartments, agricultural land etc. Premium structures build by construction major like Spaze, Ansal, Bestech, Omaxe etc. Are among the best properties in Gurgaon.

Just because we are conducting business online, does not
mean you don't have to WORK for your money. And you'd
probably feel 100 times better knowing that YOU really did
work for your money, rather than having someone just hand
it to you on a silver platter. If you want to be treated and
called a "Professional", then maybe you should really START
acting like one. And it goes without saying, "do unto others,
as YOU would have done unto YOU.

Delhi has many beautiful churches, where you can walk in, sit in the pew, and enjoy your moment of communion with God. St. Peters church, on Bhai Veer Singh Marg, is known for its cruciform shape and the dome. If you are headed towards Old Delhi, do not miss St. James Church, near Kashmiri Gate, the oldest church in Delhi. Very close to Bangla Sahib is the Sacred Heart Cathedral, with a stunning read-and-white façade, and a beautiful altar made of carrara marble.

Then on top of that, they LOVE to threaten you with old
"I'm reporting you for SPAM" routine. Really? Well I've got
news for you - YOU are responsible for YOUR own actions,
NOT me - YOU chose to get yourself on a list, therefore
YOU can follow the instructions and get yourself OFF of it
too. We are NOT your parents or your babysitter for that
matter!

Sometimes I wonder where on earth people actually get
the NERVE to call themselves a "Professional". Let alone
a "business person". Maybe their idea of professionalism
is based on being rude, arrogant and egotistical. Maybe
it's because we are online and they "think" they can get
away with it.

I for one have NEVER had anyone GIVE me a free hand out,
so WHY should I give you one? What makes YOU think that
you are so deserving of a "hand out" that I didn't get? Are
you that MORE special than I am, so I should just give you
one? Who are you tell me that you have more grief and
problems than I do? Do you know that for a fact? I doubt
it!

If you are nostalgic about the days gone by, walk in Teen Murti House, where Pandit Nehru lived for 16 years. Stroll into the Nehru Museum and Library. Next, visit India Gate. Initially called the All India War Memorial, it is a 42 meter high structure designed by Edwin Lutyens. Salute the valiant soldiers at the Amar  Jawan  Jyoti, who laid down their lives during World War I.
Lodhi Gardens is the perfect urban oasis, great for jogging. Even if you are not a jogger, there is plenty to look around tombs, stunning landscaped gardens; listen to the fluty call of the golden oriole and see the exquisite nest of the tailor bird. Nehru Park is for those who love nature trips. On a Sunday morning, you can hear famous musicians perform, or you can catch an artist or two adding inspired strokes to their canvas. Another patch of green you would love is the Deer Park, in Hauz Khas. Bump into a spotted deer on a walkway or catch a peacock dancing in the sun.

A contemporary version of Delhi is New Delhi. It is here where the seat of the government is. The Parliament House or the center of all power is present here. The youth and the modern can be well seen in the most happening pockets of Delhi like the Cannaught Place, South Extension, Chandni Chowk, Greater Kailash and Palika Bazaar. A shoppers dream, the city offers a world of things to pick from. One of the swankiest shopping arenas is the Ansal Plaza, known for its international standards and global brands. Get a taste of the finest restaurants, food joints and multiplexes here. Its underground counterpart, the Palika Bazaar is one of the best places in the country to get the best bargains in electronics and branded clothes. Shopping with a traditional flavor can be had at Chandini Chowk. Though a bit congested, the markets overflow with shops selling the best and most unusual items. Most of these shops are over a century old.
