Abstract


The book I am reviewing is “Boards that lead: When to take
charge, when to partner and when to stay out of the way”. The book
provides practical knowledge about micro level corporate governance
by presenting original business cases to facilitate the company top
management team and executive directors. Reading this book company’s director can add value by learning about strategic decision making for the corporate board.
